Sample Daily Schedule

Each day of our Ballet Intensive is intentionally structured to balance technical training, strength development, and artistry.

Dancers begin with a focused Yoga/Pilates session, followed by classical ballet technique.

The afternoon includes variations, conditioning, and stretch/cool down to support proper alignment, flexibility, and injury prevention.

With 4.5 hours of training per day, dancers experience a comprehensive and disciplined approach to summer ballet study.
